PIN protection for meetings
Video conference calls can be protected using a PIN that you provide when you create a meeting. Select "PIN-protect meeting" when you create a meeting and enter the PIN that participants need to use to access the meeting. When you share the meeting, remember to also share the PIN with participants.
Each conference room has an upper limit of 30 participants. If you require rooms with greater capacity, then please contact Support to discuss.
For video conference calls the SIP/WSS signalling of the service supports TLS v1.1, v1.2 and v1.3 along with encryption using 128-bit and 256-bit key sizes for use with AES-CBC (TLSv1.1,v1.2) and AES-GCM (TLSv1.2,1.3) algorithms. For voice and video data DTLS v1.2 is supported to the same level as TLS v1.2.
Video Conferencing servers from Melrose Labs received an A+ rating from ImmuniWeb (as at 24 April 2020) for the SSL Security Test of the protocols used to secure SIP/WSS signalling.
